Issue 1 of 18

A strange morning

Marz wakes confused in his own unfamiliar-seeming bedroom, tangled in white/red striped pyjamas and matching floppy cone sleeping hat, tattoos visible where cuffs are rolled. Connected compact kitchen, still pyjamas/hat, making coffee at counter beside window; mundane sleepy routine. Marz catches his own reflection in dark kitchen window: clearly stepped pixel silhouette, his own face and hat correctly mirrored, shocked expression.
